We just recently installed a 1000 gallon grease trap for a local restaurant. It is a large job that takes several days to complete. Here are some photos showing the process of digging the hole, setting the grease trap and hooking up the sewer pipes. Here you can see the clean out we installed between the old trap and the new trap. Here we loaded the rest of the hole with pea gravel.
